General IT Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates generalitsolutions.com.au and provides IT technical support to individuals and small businesses.

Although our turnover is below $3 million and we are not currently required to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as an APP entity, we handle personal information responsibly and in the spirit of the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not generally collect sensitive information unless it is voluntarily provided and reasonably necessary. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15 without appropriate parental/guardian involvement. Our Services are not directed at children.
